1. Introduction

GameFirst LLC publishes mobile applications worldwide. We respect your privacy and process data in accordance with the laws of your region — including GDPR, CCPA, and others.

We do not collect personal data (such as name, email, or phone number). All information processed in the application is technical and anonymized. The collection of any data begins only after your voluntary consent, obtained through a CMP window (consent form) based on Google UMP SDK.

• Approximate location
• Information about interaction with ads
• Anonymous actions in the app (events, transitions)

• Storage and access to information on the device (AdID, IP, device model)

The application may use services from Apple (e.g., Game Center and iCloud) and Google (e.g., Google Play Services) for storing achievements, analytics, and authorization.

5. Data Processing by Regions

🇪🇺 European Economic Area (GDPR)

All data is processed based on your consent through CMP. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are used for cross-border transfers. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings.

🇺🇸 USA and California (CCPA)

We do not sell personal data. You can prohibit data collection and disable analytics through settings. All data is anonymized.

🌍 Other Regions

We adhere to the principles of minimal collection and full anonymity in all regions, regardless of local legislation. Anonymous analytics collection is possible only with consent and can be disabled in the app settings.

6. Data Storage and Transfer

Anonymous data may be stored for up to 14 months on Google servers. Some data may be transferred to countries, including the USA, through secure legal mechanisms (e.g., SCC).

7. Your Control Over Data

We do not store data that can identify you, so functions for viewing, deleting, and transferring data are not provided. You can always withdraw consent and disable analytics in the app settings, under the "Privacy" section.

"Do Not Track on iOS"

If the device supports the "Do Not Track" setting — it is respected. When disabled — data collection stops.

8. Age Restrictions

The policy covers several GameFirst applications, each with its own age rating. If a specific application is marked as 12+ or higher — it is not intended for use by children under the corresponding age. We do not collect information that can identify a child.
